Sardis Elementary School is committed to reaching new heights in education.  Therefore, we are working towards reaching the School District's goals and objectives through our own School Growth Plan.  This plan is a work in progress, as we constantly strive for improvement. 

The framework is wrapped in First Peoples Principles of Learning and we aim to focus on using high quality instruction, data driven decisions, collective responsibility and targeted interventions in the goal areas of literacy, numeracy, well-being and transitions. At the center of the plan we have an image of Tómiyeqw. Tómiyeqw expresses the responsibility and connection Stó:lō people have to the seven generations past and future. Tómiyeqw reminds us to think beyond our own lifetimes and act with care for future generations.
